Aspire is an e-commerce website developed by Hayleys Consumer Products Ltd. aimed at providing a fast, secure and convenient shopping experience to Sri Lankans by bringing international premium brands to their doorsteps.

What brands are offered by Aspire Online?

We bring you a range of global FMCG brands, being P&G’s appointed distributor for personal care brands such as Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Whisper, Olay, Pampers and Vicks. We also offer a selection of consumer products under the Hayleys umbrella, such as teas by Mabroc and Talawakelle Teas, face masks by Oxypura, a wide range of 100% organic spices and food products under the Govi Aruna brand by Hayleys Agriculture, and much more.

What are the options I have to place my order?

You can create an account with Aspire Online or you can directly purchase through the website as a guest without getting registered. However, in order to participate in events and get exclusive discounts, you have to be a registered user.

What are the payment options I have?

You can either select cash on delivery, or you can pay with your VISA, Master or American Express cards.

What is your Return / Refund Policy?

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product or you received the wrong product.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

How soon will I receive my order?

While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you within 48 hours, it might take anywhere between 2-5 working days to receive your order depending on the prevailing delivery conditions and availability of couriers.
